The Tube Car Wash is one of my favorite car washes in Fort Wayne. The biggest thing I like is how easy it is to line your tires up on the conveyor. It feels much easier than the narrow tracks at a lot of other washes, especially if you’re driving a truck or SUV. They also have free vacuums, and they’re simple to use. You just pull up and push the big button to start, whether you bought a wash or not. The self-serve mat wash and dry station is another nice bonus. I also appreciate that they clearly post instructions before you enter, including reminders for truck beds, hitches, mirrors, and vehicle size limits. A buddy of mine has a lifted truck and this is one of the only places he can use, so it’s definitely worth checking out if you drive something bigger. Clean facility, easy layout, good equipment, and a smooth process. Great car wash. ❤️🫡

Terrible!!! Do not bring your vehicle here! I paid for the $16 wash tire shine and my rims looked like I never went thru the car wash!!! Won’t be back! I asked to can you please use a brush to my rims, the man lied and said yes! This place is not for jeeps it’s not! Lucky my rims wasn’t big enough for mikes so I went back there! They don’t spray your car like mikes nothing they just push a button and you go on with your day.

First time using this car wash...possibly last. Got the $16 wash and still have dirt on front and back of car. I still have bugs all over the front of my car. Wheels look terrible. VERY disappointed when paying for a service and not getting it. Heard nothing but good things....but not a good experience for me.

I got a premier wash and there is still so much snow/salt/dust all around my car. I also had a few pieces of their fabric stuck in my cars creases. Driers also need to be run longer so there is not as much left all over the car leaving wet spots. I definitely don’t think this is there 2nd to the top tier of a wash, it’s the quality of a basic wash. I normally wash my car myself, but due to the cold weather I decided to go here, if you’re here reading reviews…keep reading for similar issues to this

I am not from Fort Wayne, so not going to compare it with other car washes around, might be that they are better than what you already get. But in general was very disappointed with the wash. Got two of my cars washed here, got the basic one and after the wash a lot of dirt was still visible in a lot of places. I also noticed the paint being chipped of in some places, but going to give them the benefif of the doubt and assume it was already there. For $9 I generally get a really good wash in MI, but was extremely disappointed here. Plus you have to pay extra to get the mat washed if you want. Only plus point is free vacuum.
